Anything Is Art: The Official Portfolio of Artist/Designer Jon D Perry
I'm an illustrator/graphic designer. I draw portraits, build web sites, create flash animations, and even do TV commercials.
Everything seen here was created by me including the site its self. Feel free to snoop around.

Send an email to Jon@anythingisart.com or give me a call (423) 337-1038 and I’ll get you a price quote. I generally like to keep things simple by charging by the hour.
Dedication to my clients
Once hired, I will work to please you. I will include you in the creative process as much or as little as you would like. You will receive emails outlining progress every time significant changes or updates have been made and if by chance you should ever decide that you all of the sudden hate me, you can fire me, and I will never hold your projects hostage. If you have paid for it, it belongs to you.
Billing
When I start a project I will give you an estimate of what according to how many hours I think it will take to complete the project. I will collect part of the estimated total up front, another part half way through, and what ever is left I will collect upon delivery of the final product. Because I charge by the hour, if you need massive changes in the middle of a project, we can easily re-evaluate the price.
The city of Athens TN recently commission me to do a Jib-Jab style commercial for their House-Hold Hazardous Waste Collection which is held once a year at a local high school.
The commercial (starring Mayor Proffit, and Mayor Gentry, and my self) was a huge success and helped raise the attendance 63% from the previous year’s event. Read more and watch the Household Hazardous Waste Commercial
Song Writer and School Admin-istrator Scott Perry, has just released a new Kids album that focuses on Positive Behavior Support. Scott (who just so happens to be my Dad) hired me to do his cover art and build his website.
The web site has several special features that I am proud of; including an educational game which I created called “Voice Sounds” that teaches elementary aged kids how to control the volume of their voice in class. See it all at PBSmusic.com.
